Nkui is a traditional dish from the Bamileke tribe in Cameroon. It is sticky sauce extract from the bark of a plant called Triumfetta pentandra. The sticky extraction is then seasoned with Nkui spices which is a combination of more than 12 local spices such as ngachu'u, lepka'ah, zehfe, susieu, lep fruits, diepse'eh, lep bark and much more.
